AT89C51ID2 CPU Module is a module-based single-chip microcontroller family MCS-51 AT89C51ID2 featuring I2C interface and is compatible with the DT-COMBO Basic Base Board. AT89C51ID2 on this module has been equipped with the bootloader from Atmel (the default bootloader) so that the process of In-System Programming can be done directly via the UART without the aid of an external programmer device. DT-51 AT89C51ID2 can be used to develop applications that are simple to complex.
