ADE7763 chip
ADE7763 IC is a 16-bit ADC in it has been integrated with a digital integrator, the digital signal processor (DSP), and a temperature sensor to produce accurate signal processing. The output of the ADE7763 can be accessed directly by the microcontroller via a serial interface (SPI). ADE7763 is normally applied to the monitoring device power supply, the device ADC converters, temperature measurement devices, and so forth.
