Pi Tin clear enclosure for the Raspberry Pi

The Raspberry Pi is everybody's favorite little computer, the last thing that you'd want is for something bad to happen to it. Why not protect it with one of these snazzy plastic enclosures? These cases protect the Raspberry Pi from things like rogue wires that might short it out while still allowing full access to the board! Simply snap the RPi into the bottom half of the enclosure, then snap the two sides together.

The enclosure provides slots to access the peripheral header, USB ports, Ethernet, SD card, HMDI, composite video, audio, CSI and JTAG connectors as well as feet and vents to ensure the board gets proper cooling and plus-shaped wall mounting slots. All of the status LEDs on the Pi are visible through the case thanks to light pipes embedded in the design. This is a really slick case and once you've gotten your hands on a Raspberry Pi, you'll want to snag one of these to put it in!

PiFace Digital I/O Expansion Board for Raspberry PI

PiFace Digital is designed to plug on to the GPIO of your Raspberry Pi, allowing you to sense and control the real world. With PiFace Digital you can detect the state of a switch, for example from a door sensor, a pressure pad or any number of other switch types. Axon atmega640 microcontroller


The Axon was developed for robots that go beyond the basics. With the Axon, you will no longer need to worry about not having enough I/O as it has 55+ for you to use - up to 16 ports for analog sensors, and up to 18 for interrupts. You will never be wanting of UART, as there are 3 directly available, with a 4th used for a USB connection directly to your PC. No additional programmer needed due to a built in programmer (bootloader). Lastly, extensive source code and tutorials have been developed to make it easy enough for a beginner.

More specifically, the Axon is the best microcontroller on the market for multi-limbed robots such as bipeds, spiders, and robot arms. Unlike many other robot microcontrollers on the market, no additional wiring is required. BOB4-HG-Fourth generation header style OSD module


BOB-4 is the 4th-generation low-cost video information overlay module. BOB-4 lets your microcontroller or PC display text and vector graphics on standard TV monitors. With huge user-definable character sets*, BOB-4 also supports bitmap graphics and multiple languages. BOB-4 generates background video on-board, or automatically genlocks to your video source and superimposes characters over the image. OpenLog is an open source data logger

OpenLog is an open source data logger. Simple to use, simple to change. We wanted to create a serial logger that just worked. Power up this device and it will start logging any received serial data at 9600bps. Sending Ctrl+z three times will drop out of logging and in to command mode. 'new' will create a new file. 'md' makes a directory. '?' brings up the list of commands. OpenLog doesn't do a lot, but it does log serial streams extremely well. Example:

>new testfile.txt
>append testfile.txt
<(send large amounts of text followed by three ctrl+z characters)

That's really it! OpenLog firmware is open source and is based on Bill Greiman's sdfatlib. OpenLog currently supports FAT16 and FAT32 microSD cards (we've tested up to 16GB!).

All the design files (schematic, PCB layout, firmware) are open source released under the CC-SA v3 license and are available through GitHub.

Note: New firmware is available which allows the OpenLog to be used in Arduino 1.0 and also allows for higher baud rates. Check the links below for more information.
