TSL262R-LF infrared sensor

TSL262R-LF is an infrared sensor light-to-voltage that combines a photodiode with a trans-impendance amplifier into a single monolithic IC. These sensors can change the received light radiation into electrical energy and the size of the electrical energy generated is directly proportional to the received light radiation. The optical sensor works at a voltage level 2.7 - 5.5 V.
specifications:
- Working Voltage: 2.7 - 5.5 V
- Workflow: 1.1 mA
- Offset Voltage: 10 mV
- Radiation Response: 111 mV / UW / cm²
- Working Temperature: 0 ° C - 70 ° C
