This module is a special shield for Odroid audio-C1 +. Or in other words C1 + shield HiFi sound card is specifically for Odroid-C1 +.

The ODROID-C1 was superseded by the ODROID-C1+ in August 2015.

The C1+ is the latest revision of the original C1.
It replaced the original C1 in July 2015. Compared to the C1 it has :

- Standard Type-A HDMI connector
- An included heat sink on board
- An I2S bus to support HiFi audio add-on boards
- CEC function that doesn't require the RTC backup battery
- A power path from USB OTG port as well as DC barrel connector
- Improved SD-card compatibility

Because of the above changes, the original cases and heat sinks are not compatible.

Odroid-C1 3.2inch TFT+Touchscreen Shield

Fully assembled 3.2inch display with 320x240 pixels TFT LCD and a resistive touch overlay. Just plug it on top of ODROID-C1. 2x13 tall female header is already soldered on the PCB. 

Fast 30Mhz SPI is used for the faster frame rate.

You will need an official Ubuntu image to configure it. 
You can simply download the Kernel updates and configure your ODROID-C1 for this display shield. 

Please follow the step by step guide from the WiKi. If not, the display doesn't work.

Note: this display is NOT compatible with Android platform.

You can show colorful texts and pictures via USB interface with VT100/ANSI style commands without big HDMI monitor. You can connect this tiny display to your ODROID as well as Mac, Linux PC, Windows PC even an enterprise server.

The form factor is designed for stacking on the ODROID-U3 and it comes with some PCB spacers and a USB cable.

There are I2C, ADC, GPIO pins for further expansion. We will introduce an add-on board with some sensor chips.

You can make it portable device with on-board charger by adding a 750mAh Li-Po battery. Because of very low power consumption, this is very useful for Wearable projects.
